Crypto.com acquires Australian brokerage firm Fintek

Crypto.com has acquired Fintek Securities Pty Ltd., a brokerage and trading firm in Australia.

Fintek is regulated by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission.

With this acquisition, Crypto.com will expand its range of financial services to include deposit products, derivatives, securities, foreign exchange, and managed investment schemes.
