Y Combinator-backed AI startup Datacurve raises $15m series A
Datacurve, a Y Combinator-backed startup specializing in high-quality data for software development, has raised US$15 million in a series A round led by Chemistry partner Mark Goldberg.
The funding round also saw participation from employees at DeepMind, Vercel, Anthropic, and OpenAI.
Previously, Datacurve raised US$2.7 million in seed funding from investors including former Coinbase CTO Balaji Srinivasan.
The company operates a “bounty hunter” system that rewards software engineers for contributing rare datasets, distributing over US$1 million in bounties so far.
Datacurve focuses on complex data needs for AI post-training and plans to expand its approach to sectors such as finance, advertising, and medicine.
