Cercli has raised US$12 million in a series A round led by Picus Capital, with participation from Y Combinator, Afore Capital, Cotu Ventures, and several angel investors.

Cercli offers a platform for enterprises to manage HR, payroll, and compliance.

The company said it processed over US$100 million in payroll distributions across 50 countries in the past year.

Cercli’s customers include Vision Bank, Backlite Media, Global Climate Finance Centre, Huspy, Lean Technologies, and Ziina.

The firm plans to use the new funding to expand its product development, enhance platform reliability, and build out global payroll and compliance features.

Cercli is also adding new recruitment and AI-powered tools to its platform.
