Cloudflare Q4 revenue rises 34% to $614.5m

Cloudflare, a US-based internet security and performance company, reported revenue of US$614.5 million for Q4 2025, up 34% year-over-year, and full-year revenue of US$2.2 billion, a 30% increase.

Revenue growth was driven by an increase in contract value, with the company securing its largest annual deal ever, averaging US$42.5 million annually.

The company posted a GAAP operating loss of US$49.2 million in Q4, but non-GAAP operating income of US$89.6 million.

Cloudflare’s annual revenue for 2025 grew nearly 30% compared to 2024.

The company’s cash, cash equivalents, and securities totaled over US$4.1 billion at the end of 2025.

For Q1 2026, Cloudflare expects revenue between US$620 million and US$621 million, with full-year 2026 revenue forecasted to reach around US$2.8 billion.
