Chinese travel company Trip.com is considering a flexible four-day workweek.

Co-founder James Liang brought up the initiative at a summit held Wednesday, which aimed to increase employee satisfaction and give employees more time to travel and be with family.

He did not elaborate on the specifics on the implementation timeline or details.
