Tech firm Monica.im, founded by Xiao Hong, launched Manus, an autonomous AI agent that performs complex tasks independently.

Manus operates with a multisignature system powered by independent models.

Monica.im plans to open-source portions of the technology later this year, which will include Manus’ inference capabilities to enhance transparency.

A four-minute demo showed its ability to screen candidates for a reinforcement learning engineer position by reviewing resumes and summarizing key information in a manner akin to human task completion.
