Chinese software maker Manycore eyes $100m HK IPO
Hangzhou-based spatial design software maker Manycore Tech may raise more than US$100 million in a Hong Kong IPO, with investor orders opening on April 9.
Hesai Group and Taikang Life Insurance Co. plan to join as cornerstone investors, which receive guaranteed allocations in return for holding shares for a set period.
Founded in 2011, Manycore offers its Kujiale software in China, and its Coohom platform serves international markets.
The company dropped a US listing plan filed in 2021 after Didi Global’s troubled New York debut.
JP Morgan and CCB International are joint sponsors of the deal, which comes as Hong Kong listings post their strongest quarter since 2021.
