Chinese self-driving firm Momenta files for HK IPO: sources
Momenta, a Beijing-based autonomous driving firm, has reportedly filed confidentially for a Hong Kong IPO, according to two sources familiar with the matter.
Sources said Momenta is among several Chinese firms turning to Hong Kong for listings after choosing not to pursue a US IPO amid ongoing US-China tensions.
Details such as the IPO size and timeline have not been disclosed.
The Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing declined to comment.
