Chinese PCB maker Victory Giant plans HK IPO over $2b

Victory Giant Technology (Huizhou) Co., a Huizhou-based maker of printed circuit boards that is already listed in Shenzhen, is preparing a second listing in Hong Kong that people familiar with the matter say could raise more than US$2 billion as soon as April.

China’s securities regulator approved the offering last week.

The company reported 13.4 billion yuan (US$1.93 billion) in revenue in the first nine months of last year, and its Shenzhen-listed shares have quadrupled over the past year.

The war in the Middle East has clouded global markets and the Hang Seng is down about 5% this month.
