Chinese fashion giant Shein confidentially files for US IPO

China-based fashion retailer Shein has confidentially filed for a US IPO, with Goldman Sachs, JPMorgan Chase, and Morgan Stanley serving as lead underwriters. The potential offering, which could materialize in 2024, would make Shein the most valuable China-based company to list in the US since Didi Global’s US$68 billion IPO in 2021.
