Chinese battery manufacturer CATL announced it has no suppliers in China’s Xinjiang region, in response to claims by US Republican lawmaker John Moolenaar.
The allegations involved Xinjiang-based firms Xinjiang Nonferrous and Xinjiang Joinworld, supposedly linked to CATL.

CATL affirmed it has no ties with the mentioned Xinjiang companies, reiterating adherence to laws and regulations in all markets, including the US.
