Chagee, a Chinese tea chain, has filed for an initial public offering (IPO) in the United States.

The company aims to list on Nasdaq under the ticker symbol “CHA,” with its filing submitted on Mar. 25.

Chagee plans to open its first US store this spring at the Westfield Century City mall in Los Angeles.

In its regulatory filing, Chagee reported a net income of US$344.5 million and revenue of US$1.7 billion for 2024.
