Chinese autonomous driving firm secures $100m for expansion
DeepRoute.ai, a company specializing in autonomous driving technology, has received US$100 million in funding from an undisclosed automaker.
The Shenzhen-based firm plans to expand its driving systems across China.
By 2025, DeepRoute.ai expects to install its advanced systems in approximately 200,000 vehicles. This marks a significant increase from the current 20,000.
DeepRoute.ai’s revenue comes from technology licensing and data usage to enhance its AI.
