Chinese AI hardware firm Victory Giant eyes $2.2b Hong Kong IPO
The company is offering 83.35 million shares at up to HK$209.8 (US$27) each, with trading set to start on April 21 under stock code 2476.
Listing documents show that 74% of the proceeds will fund production expansion in mainland China, while nearly 15% will go to new facilities.
Cornerstone investors, including CPE Rosewood, Janchor Fund, and Yunfeng Capital, agreed to buy about US$997 million of shares.
The deal could rank among Hong Kong’s biggest listings this year after the city posted its strongest first quarter for listings in five years.
