Chinese AI firm Yunxi files confidentially for HK listing
Chinese enterprise AI software provider Yunxi Technology, founded in 2016, has confidentially filed for a Hong Kong listing, market sources said.
The company says it provides AI software for enterprise functions including member marketing, order transactions, supply chain fulfilment, and business-finance integration.
It says its products are used in agriculture and livestock breeding, home appliances, tea chains, and a large provincial-level conglomerate.
Qichacha data shows founder Bao Zhigang is Yunxi Technology’s largest shareholder, with about 15.21%. Entities under Yunfeng Fund and HSG each hold about 11.5%, while Tencent-related companies and Ginkgo Valley Capital are also shareholders.
Yunxi Technology has raised multiple funding rounds from investors including Tencent Investment, HSG, and Yunfeng Fund. It said it completed a series D round of nearly US$100 million in October 2021.
The filing comes as Hong Kong has sought to attract more tech initial public offerings, including a Special Channel launched on May 6, 2025, for hard-tech companies.
