Voicecomm Technology, a Wuhan-based conversational AI company listed in Hong Kong, said on June 12 that it signed a cooperation agreement with Huawei Cloud.

The companies plan to work together on AI, cloud infrastructure, and ecosystem development.

Voicecomm also launched VocSageX Agent Development Platform. The platform is designed for enterprise AI development and management.

The company said the platform is aimed at medium and large enterprises. It aims to provide seeking more controllable AI deployment.

Voicecomm added that its own Intelligent Graph system passed technical certification for Huawei’s Ascend AI software and hardware platform in January 2026.

It also said its AI agents have been deployed across multiple industries. These includes transportation, telecommunications, finance, healthcare, and energy.
