Chinese AI firm DeepGlint reshuffles leadership amid losses
Zhao Yong, the founder of Beijing-based AI firm DeepGlint, has resigned as general manager but remains the chairman.
This change occurs while the company faces growing financial losses and increased competition from AI firms.
Zhao, who owns 17.55% of DeepGlint, will no longer be involved in daily operations. He started the company in 2013 after working at Google and earning a doctorate from Brown University in the United States.
Wu Yizhou, who joined the company earlier this year, has been appointed his successor.
