Smartphone shipments in China decreased by 2.4% in the second quarter of 2025 compared to the same period in 2024, according to Counterpoint Research.

Apple’s sales fell by 1.6% year-on-year.

In contrast, Huawei’s sales increased by 17.6% during the same timeframe.

Huawei led the market with an 18.1% share of shipments, followed by Vivo, Oppo, and Xiaomi.
