China’s Agibot targets $142m revenue, CEO says
AgiBot, a China-based robotics startup, aims to reach over US$142 million in revenue and ship 5,000 humanoid robots in 2025, said chairman and CEO Deng Taihua.
Founded in 2023, the company focuses on manufacturing and commercializing humanoid robots for various industries.
Its BotShare robot rental platform will expand to over 200 Chinese cities by 2026.
AgiBot’s 5,000th robot recently rolled off its Shanghai factory line.
In August, it received an order from car parts maker Fulin Precision for nearly 100 robots.
In July, AgiBot and Unitree Robotics secured contracts worth 124 million yuan from China Mobile.
