Chinese enterprise AI firm BetterYeah raises over $13.8m
Hangzhou-based enterprise AI development platform BetterYeah (斑头雁) has secured over 100 million yuan (US$13.8 million) in a series B funding round. The investment was led by Alibaba Cloud, with participation from Maintrend Capital, while Foresight Capital served as the exclusive financial advisor.
The company intends to use the funds to develop next-generation AI agent products. BetterYeah stated that this funding represents the largest disclosed financing in China’s AI agent sector to date.
Founded by former members of Alibaba’s DingTalk team, BetterYeah specializes in enterprise AI solutions. Its offerings include the AI workflow and agent platforms which provide tools like a visual editor, multimodal data engine, and task collaboration engine for businesses. The platform supports various deployment models, including SaaS, hybrid cloud, and private cloud.
Since its launch, the company has served nearly 100,000 enterprise teams. Its clients include Lenovo, Belle Fashion Group, and Ecovacs.
