Mifeng Technology, a China-based embodied AI data services startup, has raised several hundred million yuan in a funding round led by China Telecom.

The round also included investment from Zhangjiang Group and existing shareholders, including HSG and Yuanqi Innovation.

The company said it will use the proceeds to build infrastructure for embodied AI data supply, expand production of its MEgo ontology-free products, and strengthen its capabilities in data collection, governance, and closed-loop evaluation.

Mifeng launched a physical AI data service platform in April 2026 and describes itself as a business-to-business (B2B) supplier to robot companies.

Its MEgo product line includes grippers and head-mounted devices for lightweight, multimodal data capture in settings such as factories and homes, as well as a data-governance engine for preprocessing, extraction, evaluation, and annotation.

Founded in February 2026 after being spun out during Zhiyuan’s restructuring, Mifeng has completed three funding rounds in about half a year.
