China’s Shenhao Technology plans $295m server procurement
Shenhao Technology, a China-listed developer of industrial inspection robots and equipment maintenance systems, said on July 3 that it plans to sign procurement contracts worth up to 2 billion yuan (US$295 million) to purchase servers for computing power leasing services.
The company also plans to seek up to 2.5 billion yuan (US$368 million) through bank credit lines and financial leasing to support the expansion.
Shenhao said the servers would be deployed in computing power centers and integrated with its robot operation and maintenance business.
It added that the counterparties had not been finalised and, based on a preliminary review, were not related parties.
The company said it had signed more than 1.2 billion yuan (US$177 million) in related orders in the past two months, including an eight-year 1.2 billion yuan (US$172 million) intelligent computing center operation and maintenance contract in June.
Revenue from this new business was 542,400 yuan (US$80,000) in 2025.
On its website, the company describes itself as developing intelligent robots, smart monitoring and inspection systems, and control equipment for industrial equipment maintenance.
