Southeast Asian online car marketplace Carro is seeking to raise over US$100 million from investors ahead of a potential US initial public offering (IPO) in the next 18 months.

The company is also securing “triple-digit million dollars” in bank financing for its expansion efforts. The additional capital could push Carro’s valuation, already exceeding US$1 billion, even higher.
