Edtech giant Byju’s has given up around 620,000 square feet of office space in Bengaluru between 2022 and 2023 to reduce costs, sources told The Economic Times (ET).

A Byju’s spokesperson confirmed this to ET, adding that the edtech company continues to have around 3 million square feet of space in India. The person also said that expansions and reductions in space are part of Byju’s efforts to increase operational efficiencies.
