Byju’s execs accused of diverting over $1m in bankruptcy case

Two executives associated with the Indian edtech company Byju’s are under legal scrutiny in the United States.

Allegations suggest they have transferred assets from the firm’s subsidiaries while under court supervision.

They are accused of transferring software, over US$1 million in cash, and critical cloud-based accounts from Byju’s US units Epic! Creations and Tangible Play.
