Dubai-based cryptocurrency exchange Bybit said it launched Bybit AI in its app on September 10.

The feature lets users trade, manage their accounts, and get customer support through a chat interface instead of navigating menus.

Bybit said the initial rollout includes Spot, Futures, and Options trading; Bybit Earn; Copy Trading; Trading Bot; Loan; peer-to-peer (P2P) trading; Bybit Card; Spot X; Rewards Hub access; and notification and subscription management.

Activating the feature creates a separate Bybit AI sub-account that is isolated from the user’s main balance.

Bybit said the feature does not require an application programming interface (API) key or manual setup.

The company also said it plans to combine trading, earn, loans, card, and customer support features as part of its Open API roadmap.
