Boomi acquires Israeli AI data startup Rivery for $100m

Rivery, an Israeli AI-powered data integration startup, has been acquired by Pennsylvania-based cloud company Boomi for approximately US$100 million, according to CEO Steve Lucas.

The deal, finalized last week, enhances Boomi’s existing data integration services by incorporating Rivery’s unique AI-driven software integration capabilities.

This acquisition follows a challenging period for Rivery’s CEO, Itamar Ben Hemo.

He sustained severe injured in January during Israel’s military operations in Gaza, managed the company while recovering.
