Booking.com adds AI tools for car rentals, road trips

Booking.com launched new AI car rental tools on June 2.

The additional include a ChatGPT app, an AI Car Rental Helper, AI-generated review summaries, and Smart Search filters.

The company said 19% of Singapore travelers planned to take a road trip this year.

The tools are being rolled out across multiple international markets.

The launch builds on a broader AI travel strategy that previously added an AI Trip Planner and later added tools such as Smart Filter, Property Q&A, and review summaries for accommodations.
