Bluesky has updated its platform, allowing users to upload videos up to three minutes long.

This is an increase from the previous one-minute limit. This update is part of version 1.99, which is currently rolling out.

The new version features messaging enhancements, including a “Chat Requests” option.

This feature enables users to approve or reject direct messages from individuals not already known to them.

It also provides context regarding the sender’s connection to the recipient’s network.
