Bluesky expands Attie AI tool to build websites, games
Bluesky, a US-based decentralized social network, said at Disrupt 2026 that it is expanding Attie beyond AI-powered custom feeds. The tool will let users create websites, quizzes, games, polls, and other interactive experiences on the AT Protocol.
Creators will be able to use their AT Protocol identities and can bring their own AI models or use open-weight options. Their creations can also reach Bluesky’s 47 million registered users, the company said.
The update comes as Bluesky tries to revive activity on its network. CEO Toni Schneider said support for private data on the protocol is in alpha testing, with a rollout planned by the end of 2026.
Public AT Protocol specs describe an authenticated, federated system for users, repositories, and services. A January 2025 GitHub discussion mentioned private, non-shared repository data, but it did not establish the feature’s current implementation status.
Other social platforms also have mini-app ecosystems. Monad hosts documentation for Farcaster Mini Apps.
