Bluesky has announced it will not use user content to train generative AI systems.

This decision contrasts with X’s recent terms of service update, which allows AI training on user data.

The platform employs AI for content moderation, safeguarding moderators from harmful posts. However, these AI systems are not trained on user content.

Additionally, Bluesky has added over three million users in a week, reaching over 17 million in total.
