Blockchain firm Gnosis buys Singapore’s HQ.xyz for $15m

Gnosis has acquired HQ.xyz, a platform for onchain financial operations, for US$14.95 million.

This investment includes US$8.95 million from the GnosisDAO treasury, approved by a DAO vote in January 2025, and US$6 million from Gnosis Ltd. for operational expenses over the next two years.

This acquisition is one of the largest investments in the Gnosis ecosystem.

HQ.xyz will be rebranded as Gnosis HQ and integrated into Gnosis’s ecosystem, which consists of Gnosis Chain, Gnosis Pay, and affiliates like Safe and CoW Swap.
