Blackstone-backed data security firm Cyera valued at $9b
Cyera, a data security firm, has raised US$400 million in a series F funding round led by Blackstone-managed funds, pushing its valuation to US$9 billion.
The company said existing investors Accel, Coatue, and Lightspeed Venture Partners also joined the round.
Cyera offers software for identifying, classifying, and securing sensitive data across cloud and on-premise environments.
The company said its valuation has tripled in just over a year, rising from US$3 billion in November 2024 to US$9 billion after this latest round.
Cyera has now raised more than US$1.7 billion in total.
The firm said it will use the new funding to develop products, expand globally, and build partnerships.
