BizLink buys Singapore’s Interplex Datacom for $850m
Taiwan-listed BizLink Holding, which makes cables and connectors, said on June 10 it agreed to buy Singapore-based Interplex Datacom, a division of Ennovi.
The deal value the business at US$850 million in cash, plus up to US$50 million in contingent consideration.
BizLink said the deal will expand its data center connectivity and infrastructure business.
Ennovi is a portfolio company of funds managed by Blackstone. Interplex Datacom makes custom interconnect solutions and high-precision mechanical products.
Its products include components used in AI server racks. It has operations in China, Vietnam, Malaysia, and Thailand, and more than 1,900 employees.
Interplex Datacom generated about US$392 million in revenue in the 12 months ended March 31, 2026. BizLink said it plans to fund the acquisition with cash on hand and debt financing from Citigroup.
The company expects the transaction to close in the second half of 2026, subject to customary closing conditions.
BizLink already provides high-speed cables, connectors, direct-attach copper, power products, and testing solutions for AI data centers.
