Binance, the world’s largest crypto exchange, has withdrawn an application for a license in Abu Dhabi, two weeks after Richard Teng took over as CEO.

Teng wants Binance to embrace a conventional corporate structure, which involves setting up a headquarters, appointing a board of directors, and improving financial transparency.
