Resilient Innovations, the parent company of fintech firm BharatPe, has filed a new case against co-founder Ashneer Grover for allegedly sharing confidential company information online.

His lawyer has apologized on his behalf for the misconduct. BharatPe is also seeking 886.7 million rupees (US$11.8 million) in an ongoing lawsuit, alleging that Grover misappropriated funds.
