🧠 Food for thought
Implications, context, and why it matters.
Presence CRM traction remains unproven
- Luxury Presence hit $75 million in Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) 1 after a 110% jump since the 2023 Series B-1, an extension of a Series B round 2. The company has not said how many of its 87,000+ agents and brands pay versus use free tiers 2.
- AI product and engineering teams grew 300% since January 2025 1. Hires include leaders from Amazon, McKinsey, plus SERHANT., a real estate brokerage and media firm 3, which signals heavy pre-launch spend.
- Launch is slated for February 2026, and Presence CRM comes with all Presence Platform plans 2. The $37 million raise backs an unproven build-and-distribute bet.
- The platform processes over 15 billion data points each year 2. Management has not shared retention metrics, net revenue retention (growth from existing customers after churn), or early Presence CRM adoption.
Application Programming Interface (API) and integration partnerships can open distribution for SaaS in real estate
- Luxury Presence plugs into Follow Up Boss (a real estate CRM) and MoxiWorks (brokerage software) 4. It also connects to Compass CRM (Compass’s in-house CRM) plus Christie’s Pl@tform (Christie’s International Real Estate tech suite) 4. It also supports Zapier (an automation tool that connects apps) connections to 3,000+ apps 4.
- Vendors of Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) can build connectors or migration tools for Presence CRM 2. Early partners that line up before February 2026 could earn preferred integration status or co-marketing.
- Data enrichment providers can extend the third-party data layer in Presence CRM 2, which auto-updates property records and detects life events. The platform serves 17,000 business customers 5, a tight market for tools built for real estate workflows.
