Boston Consulting Group (BCG) reported a 10% increase in revenue for 2024, reaching US$13.5 billion.

This growth was partially driven by heightened demand for AI-related advisory services, as disclosed in a statement on Apr. 2.

BCG’s workforce grew by 1,000 employees, bringing the total to 33,000 by December 2024, with hiring across all regions and business lines.

AI services now account for 20% of BCG’s total revenue, with clients like L’Oréal, BMW, and IBM contributing to this growth.
