Bain Capital-backed Bridge Data Centres secures $2.8b loan deal
Bridge Data Centres, a data center operator owned by Bain Capital, has secured a US$2.8 billion loan to support its operations in Malaysia.
This financing deal represents the company’s largest bank financing arrangement to date.
The five-year syndicated loan will be used to refinance existing facilities and fund expansion.
Bridge Data Centres is part of Wintrix, formerly Chindata Group, which Bain Capital took private in 2023 through a US$3.2 billion acquisition.
