Bain Capital has concluded the final close of its fifth pan-Asia private equity fund, raising a record US$7.1 billion, exceeding its initial US$5 billion target.

The fund is Bain Capital’s largest for Asia to date and the biggest private equity fund raised in the region for 2023.
