Bain Capital leads $25m round for AI health startup Corridor
Corridor, a US-based startup that brokers health benefits for small businesses, has raised a US$25 million seed round led by Bain Capital Ventures.
The company pairs human advisors with AI agents to check whether a doctor is in a customer’s insurance network, schedule care, and update doctors with a customer’s insurance information.
It describes itself as an AI-native benefits brokerage for small businesses.
Corridor was launched by Jackson Wagner, a former Scale AI product lead, with Eric Qian, Nikhil Aggarwal, and Jason Dong.
Wagner’s experience with chronic pain pushed him to explore healthcare. Before Corridor, Wagner and Qian worked on Capernaum AI, a startup focused on musculoskeletal care, while Aggarwal and Dong were partners at Cold Start.
Other investors include BoxGroup and executives from OpenAI, Scale AI, and Ramp.
Corridor is entering a market that includes benefits startups such as Ignition Benefits and Nava Benefits.
