Baidu plans to launch self-driving taxis in Dubai: sources

Chinese tech firm Baidu is reportedly considering launching its robotaxi service, Apollo Go, in Dubai.

This would mark the company’s entry into the Middle East as it seeks to expand its autonomous vehicle technology.

It is also in discussions with UAE authorities regarding the potential launch.

The company has not yet issued an official statement on this development.
