Autodesk, JTC explore AI for Singapore’s built environment
Autodesk and JTC Corporation said on 2 November 2026 they had signed a memorandum of understanding to explore AI-enabled digital transformation across Singapore’s built environment.
JTC, a Singapore government agency that develops industrial infrastructure, and Autodesk will study how project information from design and construction can be reused in operations.
The work will cover connected data, AI-enabled project delivery, carbon analysis, and software interoperability.
The collaboration reflects Autodesk’s existing focus.
The company has described connected data as a way to reduce silos across project phases, promoted AI for identifying construction risks and improving productivity, and said connected data supports interoperability across tools.
The proposed carbon analysis and interoperability work also fits Singapore’s broader building agenda.
Green Mark includes carbon-related criteria, while Corenet X uses open standards for digital regulatory submissions.
