WiseTech Global has appointed Chris Charlton and Andrew Harrison as independent non-executive directors to its board.

The move restores compliance with exchange regulations for its audit and risk committee.

This appointment follows a breach of listing rules stemming from the departure of four independent non-executive directors, including former Chairman Richard Dammery.

Their exit occurred after the release of the company’s half-year results in February.
