Atome secures $80m credit facility from BlackRock, InnoVen

Atome Financial, a digital financial technology platform in Southeast Asia, has announced the inclusion of BlackRock’s private credit fund and InnoVen Capital in its senior secured term loan facility.

This latest funding, combined with contributions from EvolutionX Debt Capital in June 2024, increases the total facility size to US$80 million.

The involvement of BlackRock’s private credit team and InnoVen Capital, supported by Seviora and UOB, indicates a commitment to Atome Financial.

Atome Financial intends to use the loan facility to enhance its product offerings and strengthen operations in key Southeast Asia markets, including Singapore, Malaysia, the Philippines, and Indonesia.
