Atome Financial fiscal 2025 revenue jumps 80% to $470m
Singapore-based Atome Financial said in its audited FY2025 results, released on July 30, that revenue rose 80% year on year to US$470 million.
Total operating income increased 52% to US$360 million, and gross merchandise volume (GMV) exceeded US$4 billion.
The company said it achieved profitability before tax for a second consecutive year.
It also said annualised net revenue reached US$800 million as of June 2026. In FY2024, operating income reached US$236 million, and GMV exceeded US$2 billion.
Atome Financial’s products include Atome’s buy now, pay later business, the Atome PayLater Anywhere Card, and Kredit Pintar.
The company said its US$345 million syndicated facility will support these products across Singapore, Malaysia, and the Philippines.
Atome Financial also said it recently secured a 5 billion pesos (US$81.3 million) facility with AUB in the Philippines.
Earlier in 2026, the company said the US$345 million syndicated facility included HSBC as structuring bank and mandated lead arranger and bookrunner.
DBS also joined in those roles, alongside Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation (SMBC)’s Singapore branch, Baiduri Bank, Cathay United Bank, Fubon Bank, and Shanghai Pudong Development Bank.
