Taiwan’s APT forecasts 30% growth driven by AI demand

AblePrint Technology Co (APT), based in Hsinchu, forecasts a 30% revenue growth this year due to strong demand for AI products.

Despite concerns over a potential slowdown in the AI sector, APT continues to receive steady orders from key customers like TSMC, Intel, and Samsung.

APT generates 80% of its revenue from advanced chip packaging, particularly in CoWoS technology, and saw a 51% increase in 2024 revenue to 1.8 billion New Taiwan Dollars (US$55.1 million).

The company specializes in equipment that addresses chip manufacturing challenges, such as void elimination and package warpage suppression.

APT’s net profit for the first three quarters of 2024 rose by 24.5%, and the company plans to debut on the Taipei Exchange on Feb. 26 with a share price of 1,250 New Taiwan Dollars (US$38).
