1️⃣ The hidden costs of leadership turnover in tech companies
Mark Rogers’ departure after 27 years highlights the significant institutional knowledge that walks out the door with long-tenured executives.
Companies that experience high leadership turnover face substantial hidden costs beyond just recruitment expenses, including the loss of organizational history and established client relationships 1.
The impact on performance can be dramatic. Research shows high-performing sales leaders achieve average quota attainment of 105% compared to just 54% for underperforming leaders, highlighting the value of experienced leadership 2.
