Apple names Kevan Parekh as new CFO

Apple Inc. has appointed Kevan Parekh as its new Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, effective January 1, 2025.

This transition was made official in a filing with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

Parekh, 53, succeeds Luca Maestri as part of a planned leadership succession.

He has been with Apple since June 2013, holding significant finance roles, including Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis.

Before joining Apple, Parekh worked at Thomson Reuters and General Motors.
