Antler invests $5.6m in 14 AI startups
Antler has invested US$5.6 million in 14 AI startups through its 2025 Disrupt AI portfolio.
The Singapore-based early-stage investor launched the Disrupt 1 and Disrupt 2 cohorts in May and October 2025, focusing on startups developing applied AI products for enterprise and industrial use.
The selected companies operate across sectors including manufacturing, robotics, enterprise software, infrastructure reliability, energy, and travel automation, with several already serving customers in Asia, Europe, and North America.
Each startup received US$400,000 after completing a four-week Disrupt sprint, marking their first institutional funding.
Antler said these startups are demonstrating early commercial traction, and are building products for real operational needs rather than experimental use.
The firm will continue to support the selected startups with operational guidance, investor introductions, and potential follow-on funding.
Antler manages a global portfolio and has offices in over 30 cities worldwide, including Singapore, New York, London, and Tokyo.

🧠 Food for thought
Implications, context, and why it matters.
Antler’s 14 startups have paying customers and multi-million dollar pipelines, not just prototypes
- Most accelerators back teams before revenue. All 14 in Antler’s Disrupt AI portfolio already have paying customers, enterprise pilots (trial deployments with a business customer), or strong user traction 1. Several report six-figure revenue or multi-million dollar pipelines 1.
- Two-thirds build AI infrastructure layers (tools and platforms that make AI systems reliable at scale) for non-consumer needs 1. IndustrialMind (an AI startup focused on manufacturing automation) delivers 10x performance gains and saves millions for manufacturers 1. AppSecAI (an application security AI platform) cuts vulnerability fix time from months to minutes 1.
- Many founders have built tech companies before 1. That separates this cohort (this group of 14 startups) from first-time teams.
How system integrators and enterprises can leverage these startups for domain-specific AI pilots
- Enterprises that struggle to deploy AI can tap domain-specific products with real traction from these teams 1. Nugen (an AI provider focused on regulated industries) delivers domain-aligned AI with confidence indicators (signals that estimate answer reliability) for legal, financial, and healthcare work that demands trust 1.
- System integrators (services firms that design and implement technology solutions for clients) serving manufacturing, energy, or logistics can partner with Enerzyz (an energy-operations automation startup) 1. It automates energy asset management with 30%+ efficiency gains and zero unplanned outages 1.
- These startups serve customers in Asia, Europe, and North America 1 so enterprises can pilot locally (run trial deployments) and then expand regionally without changing vendors.
